By accessing or using Sam Bot (the “Service”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Sam Bot does not guarantee any results, earnings, or business success. The strategies, tools, and information provided through Sam Bot, Sam Adler Photography LLC, or any affiliated programs are for educational purposes only.

  • We do not make any representations, promises, warranties, or guarantees about your ability to earn money, gain clients, or achieve success using the content provided.
  • Any past successes, testimonials, or case studies shared are examples only and do not guarantee your success.
  • Your results depend on various factors, including experience, effort, business model, industry, and economic conditions.
  • You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own success and actions.

3. Payment Policy & No Refunds

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds

By purchasing access to Sam Bot or any affiliated coaching, mastermind, or program, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments, even if you choose to leave or discontinue use.
  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension or removal from access until payments are back in good standing.

4. Intellectual Property & Restricted Use

You May NOT:

  • Copy, store, or extract Sam Bot’s responses for commercial use.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or mass-download content from Sam Bot.
  • Resell, redistribute, or teach the content provided without written permission.
  • Share access to non-paying users, businesses, or third parties.

Violating these terms will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.

5. User Data & Privacy

Sam Bot does not store or retain memory beyond the active session.

  • Once the tab is closed or the session ends, your conversation history is erased.
  • We do not track, store, or sell any personal data from your interactions with Sam Bot.

However, for security monitoring, we may log user queries (without storing responses) to detect misuse.

Data Sharing & Confidentiality

We do not share, sell, or distribute any personal information.

By using Sam Bot, you agree that any business or pricing advice provided is for your personal use only and cannot be replicated or shared.

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

To maintain fair use and prevent abuse, Sam Bot has the following usage rules:
Limited Memory: Sam Bot only remembers the last 10,000 words per session.
Session Expiration: Conversations do not persist beyond session closure.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

If you attempt to bypass these restrictions, your access may be revoked permanently.

7. Liability Disclaimer

By using Sam Bot, you acknowledge that:

  • The information provided is not financial, legal, or business advice.
  • We are not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or business decisions made based on Sam Bot’s responses.
  • You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Sam Bot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Sam Bot Cancellation Policy

At Sam Adler Photography LLC, we strive to provide high-quality support through Sam Bot, but we understand that circumstances may change. Below is our official cancellation policy for Sam Bot subscriptions.

1. Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your Sam Bot subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for any remaining days or unused time within your current billing period.

  • Immediate Cancellation: Once you cancel, your access to Sam Bot will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel mid-month or mid-year, you will not receive a partial refund for unused days.
  • Future Billing: After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing periods.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:
  •  Log into your account and navigate to the subscription settings.
  •  Click “Cancel Subscription” to stop future payments.

IMPORTANT: Simply not using Sam Bot does not qualify as a cancellation. You must complete the cancellation process to stop future charges. 

3. Refund Policy

🚫 No Refunds After Payment Processing: Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable—including monthly, annual, or installment payments.

🚫 No Partial Refunds for Early Cancellation: If you cancel before your billing period ends, you will not be refunded for the remaining time.

4. Payment Plans & Cancellation

If you are on a payment plan, cancellation does not remove your obligation to complete payments. You are responsible for completing all remaining installments even if you choose to discontinue use.

5. Reactivating Your Subscription

If you cancel and later decide to return, you may need to:
  • Sign up again at the current pricing rate (which may be different from your original plan).
  • Reagree to all terms and conditions before regaining access.

Terms & Conditions For Courses and Programs 

1. No Guarantee of Results
By purchasing this online course, you acknowledge and agree that the course provider, Sam Adler, does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from your participation. Success in food photography or any related business endeavors depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, dedication, knowledge, network, and the effort you invest. Individual results may vary, and your participation in this course does not ensure that you will achieve any particular outcome or result.

2. No Refund Policy
This online course is a digital product, and all sales are final. Once access to the course has been granted, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.

By purchasing this course, you acknowledge and accept this no refund policy and agree to make full payment for the course.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content provided in this online course, including but not limited to videos, written materials, images, and any other resources, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our course website.

4. Turnaround Time Policy for Mastermind, Inner Circle, and 1:1 Coaching
We are extremely committed to providing timely and thoughtful responses to all your questions and contributions within the mastermind. Our goal is to answer your questions on the same day they are submitted whenever possible. However, please note that there is a 24-hour turnaround policy in place.

5. Call Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your calls with Sam, please provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. This allows us to best accommodate your needs and maintain a smooth schedule. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice: I’ll do my best to accommodate your request, but the call will be shortened to half the original duration and I may not be able to reschedule if my calendar is already booked. Rescheduling in the 48 hour window is not guaranteed. 

If two calls are canceled or rescheduled within the 48 window any future calls remaining in your package will be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to schedule your coaching calls. If calls are not scheduled during the time for your program they do not rollover and will expire at the end of the program. 

This allows for flexibility in case we are traveling, managing unforeseen circumstances, or focusing on other essential aspects of the mastermind. Please know we prioritize your success and will make every effort to provide you with the guidance and support you need as quickly as we can.

Payment Plan Policy
By opting for a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of whether you choose to continue participating in the program. The payment plan is a commitment to the full cost of the mastermind, spread out over multiple payments for your convenience.

If you decide to withdraw from the program, the remaining balance of your payment plan will still be due, and payments must continue as scheduled. This policy ensures fairness to all participants and supports the integrity of the program and the valued time of the coaches.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this payment plan agreement. 



Retreat Terms

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS POLICY
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that could prevent attendees from joining our retreat. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

However, if you are unable to attend, you have the option to find a replacement participant to take your place.
Should you need to arrange for a replacement, we kindly ask that you handle the transfer of funds directly with the replacement attendee. Please inform us of any changes to attendee details prior to the retreat.
